Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in the supply chain is preferred.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate at a high level to Customer Support Staff, Production employees, Management and Customers.
• Read production schedules and inventory reports to determine availability and priority.
• Maintain accuracy of on-hand inventory.
• Maintain safe working conditions and high morale within the plant.
• Meet plant goals on in-bounds, out-bounds, on-time deliveries, backlog and product quality.
• Manage SCARs to obtain root causes, corrective actions, credit for non-conforming inventory and dispositions.
• Monitor inventory and advise on stock availability, slow/fast moving items.
• Keep DC Operations Manager and Production Manager informed of issues affecting operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively; multi-task; comply with company policies.
