Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Services Manager in Ohio to lead data-driven analysis of customer service performance and develop actionable insights for stakeholders. The role focuses on analytics, reporting, and improving the customer experience across the supply chain.

The position manages Customer Support Analysts, coordinates with production and management, and drives inventory, scheduling, and quality metrics to enhance service levels at the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in Supply Chain is preferred.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate effectively with Customer Support Staff, Production employees, Management and Customers.
• Read production schedules and inventory reports to determine inventory availability and priority.
• Maintain accuracy of on-hand inventory and ensure safe, productive working conditions.
• Manage SCARs and coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Input data into systems (e.g., TMS, TMC) and coordinate shipment pickups.
• Coordinate with management on backlog, on-time deliveries, and quality performance.
