Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader to oversee the plant's quality initiatives and drive cost, quality, and service improvements.

You will lead, coach, and direct teams across manufacturing, logistics, and support functions to achieve safe, high-quality production for customers. You will implement Six Sigma, Lean, 5S and OE methodologies, mentor staff, analyze quality data, and coordinate with vendors and customers to close gaps using root cause analysis and corrective

Qualifications

• College degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a variety of manufacturing areas (production, logistics).
• Experience in quality system management or mfg/corrugated leadership preferred.
• Competent with MS Office and Statistical software.
• Previous ISO certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Quality Management System at the plant.
• Train and educate the organization and implement continuous improvement methodologies such as 6 Sigma, 5S, Lean, OE and others.
• Drives Continuous Improvement to improve costs, quality and service.
• Drives plant accountabilities in vendor performance, customer complaints, and quality data analysis.
• Ensures root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer feedback or defects.
• Supports safety as a top priority in training and compliance.
• Establishes and manages systems for 'right first time' performance.
• Develops plant-wide synergies and inter-plant initiatives.
