Paycom in Eatontown, NJ is seeking motivated Contact Center Agents for our Long Branch office. The role handles calls, chats, and emails to deliver top-tier customer service, processes orders, and resolves issues for customers.

We offer a full-time, day-shift position with an hourly pay range of $21.00 to $22.00, and a focus on accuracy, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a contact center, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and chats to deliver excellent customer service.
• Take and process orders, changes, and cancellations of deliveries.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
• Maintain knowledge of products and technology through training sessions.
• Meet performance targets defined by the call center manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
