Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and chats to deliver excellent customer service.
• Take and process orders, changes, and cancellations of deliveries.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
• Maintain knowledge of products and technology through training sessions.
• Meet performance targets defined by the call center manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
