You will greet customers, manage service communications, create and process repair orders, and review repair documentation for accuracy before invoicing. The role supports ESP claims, payments, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

• Handle service payments and cash management with precision and integrity.
• Balance multiple priorities in a high-energy environment while resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
