Job summary

BGR's Customer Experience Representative (CXR) drives loyalty through accurate order processing, proactive problem solving, and friendly service. Serving as the dedicated rep for assigned accounts, the CXR partners with Sales and internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer service experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong data entry and order accuracy.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Fields incoming customer requests by phone or email and responds promptly.
• Manages an assigned book of accounts after training and performance goals.
• Places and tracks customer orders in Sage X3, verifying pricing and delivery.
• Collaborates with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting to resolve issues.
• Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Maintains accurate customer data in company systems.
• Escalates at-risk accounts to the Customer Experience Manager with details.
