• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Transportation, Production Planning.
• Process quality notifications, returns, claims, and invoices promptly.
• Manage EDI transactions and handle customer portal activities (POs, invoices).
• Monitor daily reports, flag issues, and escalate urgent matters to Sales/Management.
