Tenaska Marketing Ventures (TMV) is seeking a creative and detail-driven Customer Event Coordinator to join our Communications & Customer Engagement team in Omaha, NE. This role supports customer events across North America, coordinating from concept through on-site execution and follow-up.

Responsibilities include event timelines, invitations and web pages, vendor management, budgeting, and post-event analysis, with opportunities to contribute to holiday gifting and promotional items.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in event management or related field (required).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in event planning and coordination, including on-site execution.
• Portfolio of graphics/campaign work: invitations, digital collateral, event web pages.

Responsibilities

• Develop invitations, digital collateral, event websites, and registration forms.
• Coordinate vendors, logistics, and on-site setup/teardown.
• Create detailed event timelines and track multiple events.
• Manage registration pages and feedback forms.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and post-event evaluation.
• Maintain CRM data for invite lists and communications.
