Job summary

LMI is seeking a Customer Engagement Officer to support a federal government client focused on online publishing. The role enhances customer engagement, promotes the customer's brand, and acts as a bridge between users, content contributors, IT support, and leadership.

This position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph and exposure to U.S. foreign policy and national security counterterrorism objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service–focused role.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to completion.
• Proven ability to communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills independently.
• Exposure to U.S. foreign policy and national security counterterrorism objectives is required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend process changes to enhance production system quality and remediate deficiencies.
• Promote awareness of the customer's brand as a leader in online publishing.
• Develop strategies to strengthen interaction between the platform, contributors, and customers.
• Provide web application support and coordinate with IT support teams as needed.
• Increase program visibility through engagement in community, academic, conferences, and public forums.
