Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC seeks a Program Manager to own delivery and performance of a TS/SCI with polygraph task order for a critical national security program. You will coordinate between the support team and government stakeholders, drive requirements, schedules, and risk management, and serve as the primary liaison to Sponsor leadership.

The role requires onsite work 2-3 days per week in the Washington, DC area, extensive federal program management experience, and the ability to navigate competing

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of relevant professional work experience.
• 5+ years directly managing programs.
• Experience leading classified, mission-critical intelligence support contracts.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and risk management on federal task orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of 15+ people and coordinate with Sponsor on requirements, schedule, and priorities.
• Communicate status and issues with sponsor leads, providing proactive solutions.
• Serve as intermediary between staff and Sponsor stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor and teaming partner performance.
• Hold a monthly Program Management Review and deliver status reports.
• Oversee staffing, forecasting, and talent sourcing to grow the contract.
