Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking an experienced Learning & Engagement Task Lead to direct learning programs for a federal client in Washington, DC. You will conduct needs assessments, plan curricula, coordinate instructional designers, and manage training delivery to ensure alignment with policies and operational requirements.

The role requires no active clearance, though TS/SCI is preferred and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning and learning-needs assessment.
• Experience coordinating instructional designers, instructors, learning systems, and training admins.
• Ability to direct learning programs, conduct semiannual gap analyses, manage curriculum priorities and training delivery, assess effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning-needs assessments and semiannual gap analyses to align learning priorities with client needs.
• Establish curriculum priorities, oversee training delivery, and assess program effectiveness.
• Coordinate instructional designers, instructors, SMEs, learning systems, and training admins.
• Keep learning products aligned with policy, process, systems, and technology changes.
• Update priorities based on user feedback and performance needs.
