Job summary

Ideal Software Systems, an innovator in business management systems for 40 years, is looking for an energetic, organized and self-starting Customer Engagement Specialist to assist our team. The candidate will work with all departments to assist in providing high level of customer service.

This role emphasizes prompt communication with prospective clients, event support, and ongoing product knowledge development within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in direct customer engagement.
• Minimum of a High School diploma (GED) and show a steady work history highlighting accomplishments. College Degree Preferred and relevant experience can be substituted for education.
• Strong computer Skills especially Word/ Excel and database management
• Strong time management, organization and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of the Rent to Own industry a plus

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally respond to and maintain communication with prospective clients through phone and email communication
• Assist with the organization of trade shows and sales events ensuring events run smoothly
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development by learning our industry, products and process to articulate our value proposition
• Assist the members of the sales and other departments as requested
• Other duties as assigned
