The role emphasizes content creation, knowledge management, and cross‑functional teamwork. You will partner with Product, Enablement, and CS to stay ahead of platform changes, maintain partner certification paths, and drive community

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of SaaS software experience.
• Customer success or customer education background.
• Excellent written communication for practitioner audiences.
• Highly organized with high-volume content updates.
• Ability to translate product knowledge into practical resources.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own article updates and create new content as the platform evolves.
• Develop best practice content for QSAs, admins, and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, and CS teams on content needs.
• Maintain partner certification paths in Qualified University.
• Engage the community with product updates and responses.
• Act as SME for Qualified University content for all journey stages.
