Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Sales Leader in North Wales, PA to drive customer-focused selling and store performance. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure exceptional service in-store and ship-to-store online orders.

You will manage daily operations, motivate the staff, support visual presentation, and uphold Kirkland's values while delivering strong sales and brand standards. This role requires flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communication and customer selling experience required.
• Energetic, people- and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read/interpret directives and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports customer selling in-store and online (ship-to-store).
• Cultivates a customer-obsessed culture focused on greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on, and thanking customers.
• Accounts for role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads customer cues to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise.
• Represents brand values with respectful, professional behavior; enforces policies.
• Performs MOD duties: opening/closing, supervision, operations compliance.
• Assists in freight, stockroom organization, and merchandise presentation.
