Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).

Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during transactions.
• Handles cash, checks, and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintains store appearance and housekeeping as assigned.
• Provides customer service (greeting, fitting room policies, timely ringing of customers, and inviting return).
• Follows safety procedures.
• Keeps a professional appearance and wears a name tag.
• Assists management in merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers post-transaction.
• Supports Loss Prevention, including preventing theft and reporting incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
