Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Ring up customers and call out prices during transactions.
• Bag merchandise and handle cash, checks, and cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assist with Loss Prevention and report incidents as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service, greet customers, and invite return visits.
