• Processes freight, price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise and completes customer transactions.
• Handles cash, checks, and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains approval for returns, voids, and checks when needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Greet customers, adhere to fitting room policies, and engage with shoppers.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist with Loss Prevention procedures and report incidents.
• Support management in merchandising the sales floor based on stock levels.
