Responsibilities

• Processes freight and assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise and handles cash, checks and credit cards correctly.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains housekeeping and store appearance.
• Delivers customer service, greets customers and follows fitting room policies.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assists with loss prevention and reports incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
