Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare certain food items as directed.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately and warmly.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and service procedures.
• Maintain accurate cash control and deliver orders correctly.
• Ensure cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Verify guests receive exactly what was ordered and packaged properly.
• Assist colleagues at stations to keep service flowing.
• Prepare drinks and maintain beverage presentation.
