Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Auburn, AL is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare menu items, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining cleanliness and friendly service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of casual dining experience. Flexible hours and opportunities to advance within the company are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a casual restaurant dining
• 16 years of age or older
• Ability to be self-reliant and execute assigned duties from upper management
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Know the menu items and ingredients; follow step-by-step service procedures.
• Deliver orders to guests and ensure accuracy and completeness.
