McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to provide friendly guest service, take orders accurately, and ensure fast, correct order delivery in a casual dining setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling cash responsibly, and supporting teammates to keep operations smooth during busy periods. This position requires 16+ years old and availability for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a casual restaurant dining.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to be self-reliant and execute assigned duties from upper management.
• Speak, read, and write effectively. Excellent oral communication with management, staff, and guests.
• Stand and walk 95–100% of shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible hours and ability to travel to assigned restaurant location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare certain food items and maintain quality standards.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Ensure accurate cash control and deliver orders to guests.
• Direct orders to dining room, curbside, and pickup areas; verify correctness.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service areas.
• Support teammates to prevent delays and assist at busy stations as needed.
