Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a casual restaurant dining
• 16 years of age or older
• Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
• Excellent oral communication skills with management, staff and customers
• Must adhere to uniform and grooming policy
• Able to stand and walk 95–100% of shift
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Flexible hours and ability to travel to assigned location

Responsibilities

• Prepare select food items
• Greet guests and take orders accurately and warmly
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Ensure accurate cash handling and order accuracy
• Deliver orders to guests in dining room, curbside or pick-up areas
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest service
• Assist station team members to prevent delays
• Fill drink orders and follow customer service procedures
• Prepare items quickly according to specifications
• Maintain product quality and presentation
