Job summary

Huntington Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues. You will log tickets, troubleshoot, and document resolutions while maintaining strong customer service and timely communication.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of computer support experience, MSP exposure, and knowledge of Windows OS, AD, and Office 365. A tech degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory is preferred.
• Familiarity with MSP tools like Autotask, Datto RMM, ITGlue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
• Create and log trouble tickets from identification to resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document steps taken.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of Windows-based systems.
