Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Flexible or extended hours based on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations and referrals.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact when possible.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loans with accuracy.
• Support branch operations, cash handling, and adherence to policies.
