Community Cars in Bloomington, IN seeks an Automotive Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle buying journey from greeting to delivery. You will demonstrate features, discuss pricing, financing, and trade-ins, and collaborate with the team for a smooth post-sale experience.

The role requires excellent communication, a strong customer-service focus, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets dealership and insurance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly to customers.
• Demonstrated customer service, sales, or relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around showroom and lot for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new products, technologies, and sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers professionally in person, by phone, and online, and assess their vehicle needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives per dealership procedures.
• Present pricing, financing, and trade-in information clearly, and explain transaction details.
• Negotiate and close sales with transparency and ethics.
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to nurture leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management to ensure smooth delivery and post-sale experience.
• Monitor inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings to recommend right vehicles.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
