Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or related sales/finance environment.
• Knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing, credit evaluation, and lender programs.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance regulations and dealership compliance requirements.
• Strong math, analytical and numerical reasoning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex financial concepts simply.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer financial information.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while delivering a professional customer experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet background/credit screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Structure retail financing and lease transactions to meet customer needs and profitability.
• Present and explain F&I products clearly and ethically.
• Submit credit applications to lenders, negotiate approvals and rates.
• Prepare, review and execute all sales and finance documents with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state financing regulations.
• Collaborate with sales to forecast deal structures and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Monitor funding status and manage contract-in-transit and chargebacks.
• Track KPIs and report findings to Sales leadership.
