Job summary

FF Inc is seeking a personable Communications Assistant in Milwaukee, WI. You will support daily communication between customers, clients, and internal teams, answering questions and sharing important information to ensure professional and accurate exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate follow-ups between customers and internal team members
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, requests, and customer feedback
• Help organize schedules, appointments, confirmations, and reminders
• Assist with customer-facing updates and company communications
• Keep contact information and communication records organized and up to date
• Work closely with team members to ensure customers receive timely responses
• Represent the company in a friendly, polished, and professional manner
