• Help organize schedules, appointments, confirmations, and reminders.
• Assist with customer-facing updates and company communications.
• Keep contact information and communication records organized and up to date.
• Work closely with team members to ensure customers receive timely responses.
• Represent the company in a friendly, polished, and professional manner.
