Job summary

Truist in Manassas, VA seeks a Part Time Universal Banker to process client transactions, educate on self-service banking, and support sales through outbound outreach. You will help identify client needs and refer to branch specialists as appropriate.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and weekend availability. Prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred, with emphasis on accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Attend training and keep updated on policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
