Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver timely client transactions, build relationships, and promote digital banking solutions. You will support outbound outreach and contribute to a seamless service experience across products and services.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, knowledge expansion through trainings, and adherence to internal controls, with potential for weekend and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
