Job summary

Citizens is seeking a customer service associate to greet customers in our lobby and help them navigate banking tools. You will demonstrate mobile app and ATM features to complete simple transactions, and deliver personalized advice aimed at helping customers reach financial goals.

You will connect clients with Bankers for next steps while adhering to all cash handling rules and regulatory requirements. We value strong listening and communication skills and a willingness to work branch hours,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience handling transactions (cash and/or digital).
• Minimum 1 year customer experience, recommending and referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage for simple tasks.
• Provide personalized advice aligned with customers' financial goals.
• Connect customers with Bankers for next steps.
