Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to branch customers and resolve routine problems in a timely manner.
• Adhere to customer service standards and offer differentiated experiences through digital demonstrations.
• Educate customers on digital banking options and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Log and address customer complaints in the system; escalate when needed.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch-related operational activities (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Assist with AML/KYC-related activities and AD compliance as required.
