• Maintain balancing records and correct outages as needed.

• Handle customer problems with professionalism; refer complex issues to Lead CSR or leadership.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making.
• Refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
• Build knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
• Use appropriate tools for referrals tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
