Job summary

Loop Neighborhood Market is hiring team members to join our West Coast convenience store network. We are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals who can work across first, second, or third shifts and provide fast, accurate service.

As a Team Member, you will manage the register, stock shelves, assist customers, and help maintain clean store conditions while upholding our core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required.
• Strong communication in English, with written and verbal skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash transactions.
• Legal age requirements for tobacco/alcohol sales, as applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Help maintain clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and balance cash at shift end.
• Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment in store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
