Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Basic math including making change.
• Ability to validate ID for tobacco/alcohol where applicable.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register and keep it balanced.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to boost sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
