Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and explain product options to meet customer needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Handle currency and cash operations, including deposits and cash drawer management.
• Perform transactions accurately and per company policy, including loans and check cashing.
