Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, District Director of Operations, or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with general questions, applications, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Balance cash drawers, deposits, and end-of-day reporting; resolve discrepancies.
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to core company values.
