CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in North Augusta, SC to lead front-line customer service and ensure regulatory excellence. You will manage cash handling, educate customers on products, and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, conducting verifications, and upholding company policies while delivering outstanding service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales, customer service and/or cash handling preferred
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations
• Interact with customers using active listening to resolve concerns
• Handle currency, cash drawer, deposits, and cash handling tasks
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies
• Complete customer verifications and process transactions per policy
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures
• Complete compliance trainings and other assigned duties
