• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; 1+ year(s) of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask, work autonomously, and maintain reliable transportation with a valid driver''s license

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office if unable to resolve with customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries regarding general questions, customer applications, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in line with regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and clearly to customers, explaining solutions and ensuring they feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm or clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and assist with over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree.
• Other duties as assigned
