Job summary

CVS Health in Gulfport, Mississippi is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and customer service, bridging the CVS Store Management team with the crew on shift. This full-time role requires strong leadership, opening/closing procedures, inventory control, merchandising and superb customer care, with a focus on safety and quality in every interaction.

You will coach and motivate a store crew, resolve issues quickly, and promote CVS's customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise the store crew.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Provide customer service, resolve questions and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues (e.g., myImpact, myCustomer) and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
