Job summary

CVS Health in Mississippi is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and performance, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will supervise crews, coach staff, stock shelves and maintain presentation while upholding CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when manager is off-site and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise store crew and communicate with management and staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues per policy.
• Price merchandise and maintain shelves and displays, including weekly/promotional and seasonal items.
