Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store.

You will ensure outstanding customer service, regulatory compliance, and accurate cash handling across store operations. Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, handling transactions, and supporting leadership with daily duties while upholding core values of accountability and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with policy and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Respond professionally and clearly to customers, offering solutions.
