Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and ensures floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash handling as requested to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance to deliver a delightful customer experience.
• Models customer service best practices with team members to maintain Walgreens service traits and proactively identify needs.
• Keeps accurate inventory counts, assists with displays and price changes, and supports back-office tasks.
