Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and record concerns to generate an accurate work order.
• Track the status of open repair orders and keep customers & technicians updated.
• Obtain training to know warranty coverage for each franchise.
• Schedule maintenance items and book appointments for services.
• Notify customers when ordered parts arrive and schedule work.
• Assist cashier with closing tickets and notify when vehicles are ready.
• Explain repair order charges and report customer issues to service manager.
• Strive to meet benchmarks for sales per RO, gross profit, RO per day, and CSAT.
