You will use product knowledge and selling techniques to assist customers throughout every step of the transaction, representing the New Balance brand with professionalism.

The role requires a people-focused attitude, ability to work weekends/holidays, and comfort with basic math and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Understand the customer's needs and educate on product features and benefits.
• Solve customer problems and answer questions throughout the transaction.
• Transact sales through suggestive selling and effective closing.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
