Job summary

Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly, high‑level guest service and maintain the store's image in line with KEPP values.

You will greet customers, ring sales at the register, handle cash, maintain stock, assist in inventory, and support daily operations while working varied shifts including weekends and holidays. English proficiency and a polished appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and customer oriented.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ring sales on the register.
• Answer phones promptly and take messages.
• Maintain floor standards and customer service.
• Stock, fold, and manage merchandise.
• Assist in physical inventory and housekeeping duties.
• Handle cash, including counting and settlement procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
