• Prepare rental and return documents; disclose rates and terms; obtain signatures.
• Be knowledgeable about the fleet and options available.
• Assist customers by resolving service issues promptly.
• Process daily revenue reports and related tasks.
• Perform duties as assigned by management, including light cleaning or car detailing.
