Job summary

Midway Car Rental seeks a customer-focused associate to support rental operations in the Los Angeles area. You will deliver high-quality service, handle rental and return documents, and explain rates and terms while ensuring accurate signatures and compliance.

The role requires customer service and sales experience, fluent English, and a strong energy level. Availability to work various shifts is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• 6+ months of sales experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Need an extremely high energy level.
• Minimum 3 years of license history and recent active driving.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service while applying focused sales techniques to determine customer needs.
• Understand the business with an ownership attitude.
• Prepare rental and return documents accurately; disclose rates, charges, terms, and obtain signatures.
• Be knowledgeable about the vehicle fleet and available options/services.
• Assist customers by effectively responding to or resolving service issues.
• Maintain a professional appearance and office cleanliness.
• Process the Daily Business Report and other revenue reporting functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
