You will work with branch teammates to open accounts, answer questions, and guide customers through Chase Mobile and online services, ensuring a memorable client experience.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones, while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices and adhering to bank policies.
