Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality and build trusted client relationships in the branch. You will share product knowledge to help clients reach their financial goals and use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to support day-to-day banking needs.

You will greet clients, assist with opening accounts, and guide them through self-service options while collaborating with the branch team to ensure a seamless, compliant client experience.

• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
